Job Title: Student Retention Coordinator
The Student Retention Navigator, acting as the Early Alert/Retention Navigator, supports college retention efforts through the U.S. Dept. of Education’s Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) authorized by the American Rescue Plan. This position will identify, support and case manage students who are at risk of not completing their education as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Work collaboratively with the Program Counselors and faculty to identify and address barriers impeding degree completion with the goal of improving student performance through target interventions.
