Job Description

LTC seeks a candidate that has a passion to work with veterans and the financial aid process. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and processing of all veterans benefits and coordination with external entities providing funding to students to assist in making college affordable. The position requires customer interaction as well as problem resolution with all levels of the organization, with students, and with agencies. Provide Five Star Customer Service throughout every interaction. Other duties as assigned.
